1. Delivery
- Free shipping for order over 150€ in Finland
- Shipping 5.50€ for order under 150€ in Finland
- Shipping 9.90€ in EU (free shipping for order over 200€)
- Shipping outside EU 9,90€ for order up to 30 euros and 34,50€ for order over 30 euros
2. Orders outside EU
- Customers outside EU can make orders without VAT. In that case you need to be registered and then send e-mail: myynti@sampsukka.com. We can change your account before you make your order.
3. Delivery methods in Finland
- DB Schenker
- Smartpost
- Finnish Post
- Matkahuolto
- Pickup in Sampsukkas shops (Joensuu, Nastola)
4. Payments
- You can pay your order with credit cards Mastercard, Visa and Visa Electron, bank transfers by using SEPA, IBAN and SWIFT codes.
- If you would like to pay by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard, Sampsukka will act solely as the marketer of the respective products and services and will provide the products to the buyer. All complaints and claims for compensation will be handled by Klarna.
5. Campaign codes

You can use 1 campaign code / order.
6. Returns

You can return clothes within 100 days at your own expense (return is free only in finland). The products must be in non-used condition.
7. Settlement agreement
- If a dispute concerning a sales agreement is not settled by negotiation between the parties, the customer can refer the matter to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi) for a decision on the matter.
- Prior to contacting the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board handling, the consumer have to take contact the magistrate's Consumer Center (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
